We want you to be completely satisfied with your Maison Berger Paris experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original boxes. Please ensure that fragrance bottles are tightly sealed to prevent leakage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send your package back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
