How do I use my Maison Berger Lampe Berger?
To use your Lampe Berger, fill the lamp 2/3 full with your favorite fragrance, insert the burner/wick, and let it soak for 20 minutes. Light the burner for 2 minutes, then blow out the flame and place the decorative cap on. It will purify and scent the air in approximately 20-30 minutes.
What is the standard shipping time for orders?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package has shipped.
Can I use other brands of fragrance in my Lampe Berger?
For safety and optimal performance, we strongly recommend using only Maison Berger Paris fragrances. Using other brands or essential oils can damage the catalytic burner and void your warranty.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety reasons, opened fragrance bottles cannot be returned.
Are your fragrances safe for pets and children?
Yes, our fragrances are designed with high-quality standards and are safe for use around pets and children when used as directed in a well-ventilated room.
